Als wir das realisiert haben, hatten wir uns schon längst in die kleine Ranch verliebt. Eben noch waren wir über die Entschlossenheit der TV-Auswanderer erstaunt, die mit rudimentären Sprachkenntnissen ihre Koffer gepackt haben, und nun tun wir das auch.
Aber einen Schritt zurück. Wir haben und hatten „normale“ Jobs in Deutschland. Ich vorwiegend im Personalbereich und Dietmar hat seine eigene Firma. Dann kam der Zeitpunkt, an dem einfach alles stimmte, die Chancen und die Möglichkeiten, und nun freuen wir uns auf unsere Zukunft in Belgien. Es ist eine spannende Zeit, denn auch wenn es Europa ist, so ist es doch ein anderes Land.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn ihr uns auf unserem Weg begleitet, denn es gibt auf dem Hof viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Und es wird sich sicherlich auch noch Einiges im Haus und auf dem Hof verändern.
Wir freuen uns natürlich auch, euch als Gäste in unserer Ferienwohnung oder in unserem Ferienhaus begrüßen zu dürfen.
Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch und verstehen ein bisschen Niederländisch.

By the time we realized this, we had long since fallen in love with the little ranch. A moment ago we were amazed at the determination of TV emigrants who packed their bags with a rudimentary knowledge of the language, and now we are doing the same.
But one step back. We have and had „normal“ jobs in Germany. I mainly in human resources and Dietmar has his own company. Then came the time when just everything was right, the opportunities and the possibilities, and now we are looking forward to our future in Belgium. It’s an exciting time because even though it’s Europe, it’s a different country.
We would be happy if you accompany us on our way, because there is a lot to see and experience on the farm. And there will certainly be some changes in the house and on the farm.
Of course we are also happy to welcome you as guests in our vacation apartment or in our vacation house.
We speak German, English and understand a little Dutch.
